Dr. Elisa Wilson-Evered

Dr Elisabeth Wilson-Evered (Elisa) is accomplished in providing interventions informed by evidence from clinical and organizational psychology, consulting, teaching, and research training. She has been a practicing psychologist for three decades in a range of settings, acute hospital, community, research, not for profit, consulting and private practice. 

Elisabeth works collaboratively with clients from all age groups and presentations to design ways to improve their mental health and wellbeing. Typically people present with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, fears, stress, trauma and worries of all kinds and

reasons. Together we identify and build on existing strengths to improve function, skills and capabilities such as communicating needs, emotional regulation, problems solving, assertiveness and working with / leading others and working out goals and aspirations for the future. By encouraging commitment to regular therapy, clients can learn new and different strategies and ways to accomplish their goals
