Mirinda Smith

Mirinda is a provisional psychologist, counselor and yoga teacher. She embodies a person-centered approach as her foundation and integrates modalities such as ACT Therapy, Trauma Informed Care & yogic principles into her therapeutic style. For the past 7 years she has been a committed yoga teacher and is devoted to creating classes that are trauma informed and accessible. Her therapy experiences range from working with adults in AOD rehab to children with ASD and ADHD.

She is passionate about working with clients across the lifespan to empower them to discover their healthiest self.

Mirinda is empathetic and authentic, she values the importance of building a strong rapport founded in trust to ensure you are comfortable and safe throughout each session.
