Jessica is an empathetic, warm psychologist who is passionate about working with people to navigate their challenges and helping them become the best versions of themselves. 

Jessica has over 10 years’ experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in the field of mental health. Jessica has a special interest in psycho-dynamic therapy and believes therapy is a collaborative process aimed at helping people gain a better understanding of themselves and difficulties in their lives and helping them to develop healthier coping skills.
